Karl Lagerfeld Villas is a thoughtfully curated collection of designer 5–7-bedroom villas by Taraf, the real estate arm of Yas Holding. There are just 51 lavish residences on offer, each nestled on the shores of Meydan’s crystal lagoon. This marks Karl Lagerfeld’s third branded residential complex worldwide and the first in the Middle East.

The development was influenced by Lagerfeld’s admiration for 18th-century Parisian architecture and perfectly captures the grace and subtlety of that era. The design of the villas draws inspiration from one of the late designer’s most beloved buildings – the facade of the Karl Lagerfeld headquarters at 21 Rue Saint Guillaume in Paris.

The properties range in size from a spacious 7,769 sq. ft to a sizable 18,870 sq. ft. Homeowners will have the option to customize their residences by selecting between 2 facade designs: Soft Modern or Urban Modern.
